Basement bar that is
smartly decorated throughout and is full of
character.
From the main entrance stairs lead down
to a small bar area with lounge seating and some
small booths. This leads through to a much larger
lounge bar area with plenty of small cosy seating
areas. There is also additional high seating around
the interior of the bar. The bar is long and has
various quotations imprinted on the coloured panels.
There is a superb modern changeable lighting system
throughout that gives a much brighter feel to the
place.
The decor is primarily
of red and green colours and there is smart wooden
panelling with a mosaic design on the walls. The
bar is fully carpeted with an excellent air
conditioning throughout. Regular music is on play
at most times and there is a wide screen TV
located in the lounge area. The pub is frequented
by a mixed clientele with business crowd, shoppers
and people on nights out. It can get busy at most
times being in a central position and is
especially popular with the young crowd at
weekends, when there is sometimes a queue to get
in. Cash back facility available.
Disabled access
difficult as the bar is accessed down a flight of
stairs. Toilets are small and very smart.
