The rear of the pub sweeps around through a narrow passage to the other side of the bar.
The main theme of the pub is bees and there are several pictures along a narrow passageway at the rear and a display on the art of beekeeping in a pillar in the snug area.
A large clock is a prominent feature near the main entrance. The pub has an ornate decoration with wooden panelling on walls.
The pub can be very busy at most times due to its position.
