New luxebar that opened on 25th April 08 and has replaced the former Navy Bar.

The bar which was also formerly known as @Home has been given a further makeover even though it only changed to The Navy Bar in October 07. The previous bar never really took off so it will be interesting to see if the new venue will attract any more custom.

The bar has a more stylish look with the windows to the front now giving it a more brighter feel. There is plenty of seating throughout with table and chairs and high seating in the main bar and a more comfortable lounge area to the rear. The decor and fixtures are of a modern design with chandelier and smart drop down lighting.

Regular music is on play at most times.

The bar should attract the designer crowd being in the diamond strip and with the Officers Deck night club upstairs. It is quiet early on in the evening but should get busy later on and at the weekend.

Disabled access is good with the bar all on the one level. Toilets are smart and clean.
