Review:

Large bar that is very popular, with a good selection of reasonably priced drinks and meals and entertainment on most nights. The decor and furnishings are of a Moroccan style with mosaic tiling around the bar and low drop down lanterns. There is an abundance of seating throughout with tables and chairs in a raised area at the front and more comfortable leather settees in the centre of the bar. There is also some high chairs next to the bar and some cubicles to the left of the main entrance for the more intimate couples.

The bar area has a wooden floor and the low subdued lighting creates a cosy atmosphere. The large windows to the front and side also make the place bright and airy through the day.

Regular music is on play at most times with a regular DJ every night of the week. On a Monday there is now a "Koochy" night with a choice of 3 DJ's from 8pm - 1am playing house music. Friday - Arcade with deep electro, punk funk, kitsune and house sounds. There is also a Jazz night on a Sunday from 8pm - 10.30pm.

To the rear there is an enclosed area with some seating that could accommodate small parties and functions when required. The bar attracts a mixed clientele of business people, students and people making there way to and from the railway station.

Disabled access is very good with a designated disabled toilet to the rear. The toilets are smart and clean.

Price:
Reasonable. More expensive outside happy hours.
