Cocktail bar / kitchen from the owners of Lola Jeans in Tynemouth. The bar was previously The Godfather restaurant which closed some time ago.

The main bar upstairs is smartly decked out and has plenty of tables and chairs for diners. The decor is very modern and stylish with crystal chandalier lighting and an assortments of antique furniture including a grandfather clock and old standard lamps. The large windows to the front make the place bright and airy during the day.

Regular music is on play at most times with live music featured on certain nights. Downstairs there is a private 'Basement Speak' bar where private bookings, christmas parties or speciality banquets can be arranged.

The bar is frequented by theatre goers, shoppers and business people. It is busy most times of the day with the regular events on at the Theatre Royal.

Weddings and events can be catered for.

Dog Friendly.

Disabled access good to main bar which is all on the one level. The toilets down a flight of stairs are small and clean.
