Review:

Secco is a three storey venue which specialises in good quality Italian drinking and dining inspired by the De Giorgi family’s home region, Salentino in Southern Italy.

On the ground floor there is now a new bar. This new addition has a small bar to the left of the main entrance with stairs at the rear to an upper mezzanine level. There is plenty of seating for those who want to enjoy a drink or a light snack. There is a juke box opposite the bar with regular music on play at most times. The bar has a small snug area to one side and a table football machine to the rear.

The first floor has a Caffè Bar serving authentic Italian dishes. There is also an outside terrace area on this floor. The adjoining Blue Room is a more intimate bar for those who wish to chill out in this secret and elegant hide-away.

On the second floor is Ristorante Salentino which specialises in a superb interpretation of authentic, yet simple Italian food, using the finest, seasonal ingredients complemented by an excellent wine list. The restaurant has received a Hardens Remy Award for the best New Restaurant Opening in 2005, one of only 10 restaurants in the UK to achieve such an accolade.

Secco can be hired out for private functions for up to 220 people and is the perfect venue for special occasions.
