Review:

Medium sized pub set out over 2 floors that is opposite to Quay Point. The main bar downstairs has a pub feel with 3 flat TV screens and a pool table to the rear. There is plenty of seating throughout with a mixture of low seating and tables and chairs. There is shelving around pillars for standing. The decor is smart with brickwork and red & cream colours on the walls. There is a small bar to the centre. The upstairs bar is of a more modern syle and also has a bar and plenty of seating with 3 flat screen TV's.

Monday - Student night with indie, chart, RnB, hip hop, dance and cheese music. You can play the button game with a chance of 0% discount to 100% free. Tuesday - music or independent films shown, Wednesday - quiz night with prizes of beer tokens and £1 lock draw, Thursday - world music and Tapas with jugs of sangria £8.95, copas £2.25, Friday - Last FM night, Saturday - Live music night with bands and unsigned acts.

The bar is available for parties/private hire. It attracts mainly a student crowd with Quay Point opposite. It is busy at most times and very busy on a weekend when there is live music events.

Disabled access to the main bar is very good with a disabled toilet to the right of the bar. Toilets are upstairs and are small and clean.
