Large pub that is situated on the main road through Gosforth.
From the main entrance the bar is directly opposite.
The pub has plenty of seating throughout with tables
and chairs and more comfortable settees. A no smoking area is to the right of the bar. The decor
is of a modern style with green and mustard pastel colours.
A TV is located opposite to the bar. There is a large outside seating area that is used in fine weather.
The bar attracts a steady crowd of regulars, locals and students.
Disabled access to the main bar is very good with a designated disabled
toilet to the rear. Toilets are small and clean.
Price:
Reasonable.
