Small bar that is located next to the Live Theatre on Broad Chare.

The bar which has 2 floors has plenty of seating throughout.

Downstairs there is a small bar with standing room by the bar and high tables and stools by the window.

To the left of the main entrance there is a small seating area with stairs leading to the upstairs level which is mainly used by diners.

The decor is of a traditional style with low drop down lighting giving a warm feel to the place.

The bar is busy at most times of the day as there is a good range of ales and varied selection of meals on offer.

A large new beer garden situated in Live Garden with large parasols, surrounded by rustic green space is located to the rear of the pub.

Disabled access is good with toilets downstairs.Toilets are small and clean.

Price: Moderate.
