Medium sized pub that has 2 bars. Both bars are decked out in a modern style, fully carpeted with chandalier lighting. There is plenty of seating throughout with predominantly tables and chairs for diners. The left hand bar has a pool table to the rear of the room. Regular music is on play at most times and a Quiz night is held every Thursday from 8.45pm with cash prizes.

There is a small outside seating area that is used in fine weather. The pub attracts a regular clientele of locals and those making there way to and from the Punch Bowl and the other bars in Jesmond. It is also a popular haunt for students. It is busy most times of the day and can be busy on the weekend. A Cash machine is available in the bar.



Disabled access to main bar very good. Toilets are small and clean.
