Review:
Small corner bar that is a popular venue in the Gosforth scene.
The pub is listed in the Good Beer Guide 2007 with a range of real ales on offer.
There is a reasonably priced menu that is available daily.
There is plenty of seating throughout with tables and chairs. Live sports are shown including football and
six nations rugby on widescreen TV's. Regular music is on play at most times.
The pub attracts a steady crowd of regulars, locals, and business people. It is busy at most times
due to the reasonable menu and real ales on offer and it can be difficult to get a seat.
Disabled access very good with the pub all on the one level. Toilets small & reasonable.
Price:
Reasonable.
