Review:

Very large corner pub which is jointly owned by the Ultimate Leisure Group and two local celebrities, Ant and Dec. Previously named Jonny Ringos. The decoration is ultra modern with state of the art furnishings and a nice mixture of olive green, brown and coffee pastel colours. There are two floors with a seating area and bar upstairs and a large seating/dining area downstairs. The downstairs also has a raised area that can be accessed from either side with comfortable booth seating and their own TV's. There is also additional seating in this area along the side of the window.

There is a further small bar area to the right hand side of the main entrance that also has plenty of seating with wooden tables and chairs. The upstairs can be accessed by two large spiral staircases at either end of the pub. It has a small bar which overlooks the main bar and also has further seating with leather settees and chairs. The pub is very bright and airy with large glass windows at the front and a high ornate ceiling. There are smart cylindrical suspended lighting fixtures throughout and a rotating lighting system. This gives a warm and inviting atmosphere to the place. There is a small comfortable lounge seating area with leather backed chairs near to the main entrance. A small raised area adjacent to this has some additional seating with high tables and chairs.

To the rear of the bar there is a further small seating area with high chairs and TV's. Regular music is on play at most times. There is an alternative Rock'n'Roll night avertised on a Wednesday. Live sporting events including all live football is shown on a huge screen above the main entrance and widescreen TV's throughout the bar. There is also several TV's in the bar upstairs. This is one of the most impressive pubs in town and it is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a pint during the day. It attracts a mixed clientele of business people, students, shoppers, football crowd and those on a night out.

The pub is very busy at all times, especially in the evening and at the weekend when there are often queues outside. A cash machine is located to the right hand side of the bar.

Disabled access excellent with the toilets to the left of the main bar. Ask for the key at the bar. Toilets are very smart and clean.
