A traditional Newcastle pub with a lounge and bar that is popular with locals and students.
The pub has 2 entrances to the front and one at the rear from the small car park. There is plenty of seating
throughout with tables and chairs.
The decor is of a traditional style with chandelier lighting and drop down lights over the bar and a part carpeted/ wooden
floor. There are large windows to the front and side that make the bar bright and airy by day.
There is live Sports shown with football matches featured on a plasma screen to the right of the bar. A pool table and
darts board are located in the bar. A quiz night is held every Sunday with prizes.
A function room is available for parties. Regular music is on play with a juke box in the bar by the pool table.
A link cash machine is available.
Disabled access is good with the pub all on the one level. Toilets are small and clean
