Bar/bierkeller in the Gate complex that was formerly known as Beyond Bar and Opera Bar.
The two former bars have now been knocked into one larger bar> The bar has a large glass fronted exterior with an impressive glass entrance. This gives a bright and airy feel to the place during the day. From the main entrance the large bar is directly opposite and there is a large staircase to the left hand side that leads to the second floor. The decor is of a modern design with modern fitments throughout and a part tiled and wooden floor. There is plenty of seating with wooden benches and the bar has a very spacious feel with ample standing room. The spotlighting over the bar and subdued lighting in the evening creates a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Regular music is on play at most times with a Live music featured on certain nights. Bavarian stompers are featured every Friday & Saturday with Karaoke every Monday. Live sport including football, rugby, cricket, and tennis games featured on HD tv screens throughout the bar.
