Founded in 2000 Wylam is a 30 Barrel Micro Brewery that resides at the Palace of Arts in Exhibition Park.

The brewery has recently re-located from Wylam to it's new home on the Town Moor.

The tap bar is open from Thursday to Saturday every week and Bank holiday Sundays.

From the main entrance the tap bar is to the left and there is a small gin/cocktail bar - Jack's Gin Palace to the right.

An extensive range of the excellent Wylam Cask Ales and Keg beers are on offer.

Some exclusive brews and blends can only be found within the brewery and are not available outside the bar.

There is plenty of seating and standing room throughout the bar to enjoy one of the fine ales on offer. Live music is a regular feature in the hall at the rear of the brewery. Tickets can be obtained in advance for future events.

The pub is frequented by a mixed clientele of students, locals and business people. It also those visiting Exhibition Park.

It can get busy at times when events are held and on the weekend.

The Grand Hall is a unique and multi functional Events Space that can host Live Music, Weddings, Corporate Events, Festive Parties and all points in between with a capacity of 800 (standing), 200 (seated).

There is a large outside seating area with several tables and benches to the side of the bar that is open in fine weather.

Disabled access is very good to the main bar. Toilets are small and clean.
