The bar which was formerly known as Au Bar and more recently Hoko-10 has been converted into a craft bar and now serves a range of excellent beers all from the Brewdog range. There are 2 bars to choose from with the main bar to the right of the main entrance and the second bar on the mezzanine level. The main bar area downstairs is bright and airy with large glass windows to the front with low drop down lights over the bar. There is plenty of seating with comfortable leather settees, table and chairs or high seating. There is further seating in the Mezzanine level upstairs. Regular music on play at most times. Pinball machine located in the main bar. Dog-friendly all day, Children friendly until 10pm weekdays and 8pm on the weekend. With it's fine range of beers the bar is popular with the Quayside crowd, beer connoisseurs and people stopping off on there way to the Quayside. It is very busy at most times of the day, especially on the weekend. Disabled access to main bar very good with a disabled toilet on the lower level. Toilets are small and clean. Price: Moderate. |
