The pub has a traditional feel to it with a wooden floor and L shaped bar. There is plenty of seating throughout with tables and chairs in the main bar. Live sporting events are shown on widescreen TV's including live premier league football and Euro 2024 matches. The bar attracts mainly student and local clientele and is busy most times of the day. There is a large outside seating area at the rear of the pub with wooden tables. Quiz night every Monday from 8pm (£1.00 entry fee), Poker night every Tuesday from 8pm. Pool table and Darts board in the bar. Function room available for private hire for between 30 - 50 people. Disabled access to the main bar is very good. Toilets are small and clean.
