The pub has 2 entrances to the front with a separate bar and lounge. There is plenty of seating throughout with tables and chairs for diners. Live football is shown on widescreen TV's throughout the pub. A general knowledge and music quiz is held on a Wednesday from 8.30pm. Live comedy events from 8.30pm on 1st Thursday of every month. A pool table/darts board is located in the bar. The pub is busy at most times of the day with a steady clientele. The real ales served and regular events held in the pub makes this a popular place to visit. A function room is available for hire. There is a small car park to the side of the pub.
